The house is located near the famous tourist place Medulin and the nature park Cape Kamenjak, the southernmost part of Istria, known for its natural beaches, rocky areas and bays. Glass surfaces throughout the house provide a lot of light and provide direct access to the outside of the house, both to the terraces and to the area with pool and deck chairs and barbecue.
