Description

The house (approx. 200m2) is intended for 12 people. 2 floors with separate entrances (to allow the closing of the upper unit in the pre-season and post-season if a smaller number of people come), separated by external stairs, 2 balconies and 2 terraces. It has 4 parking spaces, and a park with a slide, sandpit and swing for children. It also has an outdoor pool (8x4 m, 1.5 m deep) with a terrace, 12 deck chairs, parasol, solar shower, toilet and outdoor fireplace. In the continuation of the kitchen there is a house with an indoor pool (approx. 20m2, 1.5 deep, open throughout the season), sauna for 2-3 people and a steam bath, shower and air conditioning. • Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, Bedroom 4: 1 double bed Bedroom 5: 1 double bed, Bedroom 6: 2 beds for 1 person. If the guest has booked 2 weeks (14 or more days) bed linen is changed every 7 days and its replacement is included in the price. Outdoor kitchen (gas cooker, dishwasher...)
