Cozy holiday house with garden, terrace, barbecue, with a private pool of irregular shape with about 30m2 with a small waterfall, in a quiet location near Pula. Its 65 m2 provide all the necessary modern comforts and conveniences, with a functional design for 4 people. It has two bedrooms, with a double bed in the first and two single beds in the second. It has one bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. One extra person (child) can sleep in the living room on the sofa bed. Open plan, air conditioned living room gets plenty of light through large windows overlooking the terrace of the inn in front of the house. It consists of a seating area with a sofa in front of the TV, a dining area with a table and an open kitchen, fully equipped with all modern appliances. Wireless internet access is available. In front of the living room there is an adjoining terrace with table and chairs and an outdoor barbecue. It is covered with a solid roof structure. In front of the house there is a private irregularly shaped pool of about 30m2 with a small waterfall. There is also an outdoor shower and a water hose with a sink. There are deck chairs on the lawn by the pool. Pets are NOT allowed.
